Anyone can participate.

Accounts that may be banned due to streaming service (Twitch or YouTube) terms and conditions can be refused streaming.
You agree that your post will be live-streamed so that anyone can view it.
Posts that are distributed are automatically distributed, so I do not support or criticize them.
